Micah Greaves
"If Micah can't fix it, nobody can." You hear that phrase often in Koskinou—and it's true. Micah has nothing to do with art or ceramics, but everything to do with technology and woodworking. He can see at a glance where something is wrong, the pool pump, the kiln or the throwing wheel engine, and he has that rare talent for solving problems before they become real problems.
For Ceramicaza, someone like Micah is simply indispensable. A ceramics school doesn't just run on clay and creativity, but also on electricity, water pressure, machinery, and countless technical details that have to be right behind the scenes. That's precisely where Micah excels. Thanks to him, everything keeps running—quietly, reliably, and with a kind of British common sense that you can only appreciate.
Micah, my other ex-partner, is the quiet technical force behind The Dreamhouse. He moved from York to Rhodes for love in 2015 and has been a constant, trusted presence in and around the house ever since.
As a handyman, he has an almost magical knack for technology: he maintains the pool, fixes anything that breaks, and knows exactly what's wrong before it actually breaks. When a turntable malfunctions or something mechanically goes wrong, Micah is there immediately—he's the one who keeps everything running, literally and figuratively.
He also secretly loves making breakfast every now and then. His specialty: an English breakfast, but without meat, because as most of our team, he is a vegetarian. With a bit of luck, he'll even throw in some vegetables from his own garden. He also does truffle tours on Rhodes, so hopefully we can enjoy that service.
In short: Micah is the man in the background who makes sure the days run smoothly and that the Dreamhouse never runs out of his practical magic.
