Clear your mind, work with clay
Workshops at Ceramicaza are practical and an opportunity to simply try something new. You don’t need any experience: you get clear guidance and at the same time you are completely free to do as you feel, you work with your hands, and you create something that’s truly yours. A relaxed and enjoyable way to get acquainted with clay and to ease away from your daily life and routine.
Workshops
Do you want to try working with clay without committing to a full course? Or are you simply in the mood for a creative day or a special project? Then a workshop might be perfect for you.
Workshops are offered as single sessions or short series, each with its own theme or atmosphere. Sometimes they’re seasonal (like Christmas), and sometimes they’re a focused moment to learn something new and create a finished piece.
You don’t need any experience — just curiosity and the desire to make something. There’s room for relaxation, tea, something sweet, and most importantly: your own way of working.
🎄 Christmas Ceramics Workshop – 6 Sundays
Create something unique with your own hands this Christmas. In this festive workshop series, you’ll make holiday pieces, decorations, and small ceramic gifts. Think candle holders, ornaments, angels, baubles, or a special plate for the Christmas table. Anything can happen — classic, playful, or completely your own style.
One-Week Intensive Wheel-Throwing Course in July and August 2026
Intensive ceramics courses during the summer months of July and August 2026. In these — dates to be confirmed — I will offer one intensive week focused on wheel-throwing and another intensive week focused on hand-building.
What you would normally learn over several weeks, sometimes months, you will learn here in just one week.
🎨 Teaser: Delft Blue Painting Course – starting November 2026
In November 2026 we’ll introduce something new: Delft Blue ceramic painting.
Learn the classic techniques, explore your own signature style, and bring your pieces to life using brushes and pigment. You’ll work on white ceramic tiles and use the traditional fine brushes designed for Delft Blue detailing.
More information will follow later this year.
Nice to hear from you! I'll get back to you shortly.
Please be as clear as possible about your request for information.
